How to Use

tecHarmonics audio programs are safe, effective and easy to use.  Safe—tecHarmonics programs use only sound frequencies, in the form of harmonic sounds from nature, music, tones and beats.  Effective—a simple listening regimen of daily listening for 21 days will reduce the desired symptoms to much more manageable levels.  Easy—effective treatments that can be delivered by any app-enabled device.  No meds, no supplements, no expensive equipment, just a smartphone or an app-compatible device or computer with either headphones or quality ear buds.

No contraindications or harmful side effects have been associated with tecHarmonics audio programs in any previous research studies and clinical use.  They are safe to use with any other forms of treatment from counseling to pharmaceuticals.

However, DO NOT listen to tecHarmonics programs when driving or operating heavy equipment as some users might lower into a meditative or sleep state during a session.


How to use tecHarmonics Healing Harmonics Audio Programs for Best Results

tecHarmonics programs communicate directly with each hemisphere of your brain, independently, so listening through stereo headphones or quality earbuds is highly recommended.  Each program is a journey, so distractions and interruptions can affect the results of a session. 

Each session is designed to relax you and to command the attention of your brain.  In this portion of the session the program is guiding your brainwave levels into lower and more relaxed states.  Once the program’s target brainwave level is achieved, normally a relaxed, meditative or sleep state, the program works to maintain that brainwave state until the last few minutes of the program.  During those last minutes, the sessions are designed to return you to an alert but highly relaxed state. The one exception is the sleep program.  It is designed to leave you in a deep sleep state so you wake up naturally.
 
Follow these simple hints to maximize your tecHarmonic experience:

  • Always listen to your session completely from the beginning to the end.  If you are interrupted, restart the program session from the beginning.
  • Always listen to your tecHarmonics programs through stereo headphones or earbuds.  Headphones are best, but not required.
  • Find a quiet, secluded place to listen.  Close doors and turn off anything that could disturb you such as TVs, cell phones, computers and pagers.  If you leave your cell phone on, it is highly recommended you put it in “airplane mode.”
  • Dim or turn off overhead lighting.
  • Sit or lie in a comfortable position with your arms and legs uncrossed and your head supported.
  • Start your session by concentrating on your breath.  The best way to do this is to slowly breathe in to the count of FIVE, then exhale to the count of SIX.  Repeat until you feel a sense of relaxation.
  • You will feel deep relaxation from your very first session, but expect to use daily for first 21 days to achieve maximum results.  ​
